Morten Varano's Copenhagen based global groove imprint continues to put out quality tunes for the more discerning clubber. The label that brought you Carla Alexandar, Puddu Varano and Copenhagen Dancefloor Classics has now turned its attention to collecting the hottest new tunes from a multinationalcast of Afro Latin movers.
Not surprisingly Varano's own band Los Chicharrons contributes two poised latin steamers, albeit one as remix of The Boyz from Brazil's "Bom Bom Be". Elsewhere there are class tunes in the guiso of Allenko Brotherhood's Allen Fresh, The Fila Brazillia mix of Robin Jones' "Royal Rumba" and MAW's anthem Brazilian Beat featuring Liliana Chachian. In fact the aforementioned names plus afro latin groovers from Tim Love Lee, Carla Alexandar, The Idjut Boys and Tutto Matto should give you ample reason to seek this compilation out - especially if you haven't got the original 12". 8/10
