Morten Varano's label Murena Records has rised from the dust to the bright sun light in a few years. The Danish label has been lately pulling out high quality releases one after another. The label's latest album release is producer duo Giovanni Campagna's and Dennis Lee's Dynamoe-s second album 'Coming home' which is at the moment only available in Scandinavia. The Dynamoe's music is jazzy, jamming downtempo with some nice folk and latin vibes. The live instruments like rhodes, saxophone and violin gives the songs very laidback and warm feeling, cutting away the edges of clean programming. Nine of the 'Coming Home's ten tracks have vocals and campagna and Lee have asked some talented singers, Adrian wilding, Joy Morgan, Liz Wilson and Philip Owusu to handle the vocal side for them. Although in 'Coming Home' the athmosphere is maybe from time to time a bit mellow the feeling you get while listening is still positive. The Dynamoe's mixture of jazz, folk and latin flavours sounds commendably fresh and the whole absorbing combination makes you listen the album again and again. .
